My name is Rose, and I live in Durham. So far, my only experience is buying my primary home five months ago. Besides that, I am pretty new to the real estate investing world. I've been reading and listening to podcasts for over a year, and I am ready to take action and buy my first investment property by the end of the year which I plan to use as a mid-term rental.
