Where to find rehab general pricing?

I am just starting out and have noticed it is very hard to find accurate information when it comes to how much it costs to i.e. replace a roof, window replacement, getting plumbing reran, cost of dumpster rentals, etc. Where are you guys going to find these other than having a contractor on deck to give you estimates? While I have a contractor, we are not at the level yet where I can send him jobs and ask for general costs. I am trying to learn how to estimate rehab costs for flips and BRRRs. Any advice on this would be appreciated.

Your contractor should what what these things cost without ever going to look at them. Know what you want and be clear when explaining to your contractor
