Hello All!

New to BiggerPockets forums and I’m interested in starting my wholesale journey. However, I have no idea where to start or how to find investors. Any and all recommendations are welcome!

thank you!

Use the search function and take some time to pour through the forums, while using the copy and paste function.  It comes down to a formula, so many leads need to come into your funnel consistently, so you have available deals.  I bought a foreclosures course when I was doing it, and hand wrote letters.  I was up to 3 houses a month, and then the military moved us overseas.  When we got back, I simply bought rentals and kept going.  I place a value on taking a good course, and I used the mental leverage of that to take massive action.  Is that how you operate, too? Or can you be a self feeder?  There is a lot of information on these forums.
