Hi! I'm looking to buy my first STR in Twentynine Palms, CA early next year. To those who currently invest in 29, any insight or tips you think would be beneficial for me to know as I jump in? I know 29 is in a pretty interesting market condition right now so I'd love to hear from anyone who's had a pulse check on the market for a while now. Thanks all!
