Just wanted to pop in and say hello.  I'm not new to Bigger Pockets but just starting out trying to network and build some relationships. 

I'm located in Boston and currently doing a few fix and flips out of state.  I'm interested in both flips and rental properties.  Would love to buy someone a coffee sometime if they're in the area and interested in meeting up.
