Advice on next move in REI

Hi everyone,

After lots of reading and research, I am finally in the process of closing on my first single-family in Cleveland.
My long term goals are to buy as many properties as I can over the coming years. I am interested in bigger multi-family and BRRR down the road but for now I think small multi and single family is good.
Im in the process of selling a property in Europe which will free up about 100K to reinvest here in the US. I was looking for guidance in terms of what to do next and I have a few options in mind.

1. Buy 2 properties in the 80-120K range (same as the first one) and aim for 400+ in cash flow each

2. Buy something a little bigger like a triplex/fourplex in maybe the 2-350K range and aim for 800+ in total cash flow

3. Do a BRRR, buy it cash, fix it and then cash out refinance as much as possible.

I am also open for other options.
