Current Austin real Estate Market
I am a SFH rental investor in Austin with multiple SFH investments. The current Austin SFH market for rentals at is not conducive for cash flow as prices have not fallen enough to guarantee cash flow. What are the strategies fellow Austin investors are using for SFH? Are we in a patient mode to wait for the best deal? I would love to connect with fellow Austin investors to have a discussion/learn about the market.
