Hi everyone,

I'm a new investor looking to acquire single family homes in the Roseville and Rocklin areas 3 bedroom/2 bath approximately 1200 sq ft. I intend to hire a general contractor to renovate the homes. I was hoping to get an idea about general monthly rents I can expect and vacancy rates.

The Sacramento MSA has one of the lowest vacany rates in the country. Comps you use to determine your rent goal should be supported by recently closed leases in the area. I can PM you a free tool that will quickly analyze properties for you.
