Building a real estate investor team

Hello everyone,

I’m looking to start my real estate investor as a newbie. I’m looking for a friendly real estate agent who has experience with investor. My criteria is small multi family properties who is ready to rent or 90% done to rent out and hold for long term. Does anyone know a lenders or property manager they can recommend too?
