Does anyone suggest a turnkey company that would be good  for someone just starting out in real estate investing? Also suggestions on how to analyze a turnkey property?

I feel like turnkey is the best place to start for people new to investing and don't have a lot of time to allocate towards the investment process. In terms of analyzing, it really depends on the product the turnkey company is offering to determine how to crunch the numbers for the deal. @Trisha Patel
