Referal Request: CPA's who specializes in cost segregation in CA
Hi BP community - Would anyone like to share a recommendation for a CPA who specializes in real estate and have incorporated Cost Segregation Study in the tax planning. I live in NC, but sold a property in California. I talked to some CPA locally and they were not familiar with Cost Segregation studies and also CA taxes. So they asked me to find one that has both those specialties covered.
