Mobile/ Manufactured homes
Hello,
I’m still trying to find/decide on my niche. I’m wondering if anyone knows whether a mobile/manufactured home is a good investment for a rental property. Any insight or advice would be greatly appreciated. I’m teetering on analysis paralysis and I am worried I’m going to just dive into a bad deal. I get so caught up in excitement over making my first deal that I find myself listening to nay and every podcast, reading blogs, etc. I am ready and motivated I just need a push in the right direction.
