Intro - Soon to be RE investor in South Jersey looking to connect

Hi all,

My name is Blain. I'm a real estate agent licensed in New Jersey. I'm looking to start my real estate portfolio within the next year, using the NACA program to allow me to get my first multifamily home (Hopefully a 4 unit but willing to settle for a 3 unit) and house hack. My current plan is to purchase small multifamily homes (in and out of state) and eventually move into apartment complexes.

   I've been listening to BP for awhile now and after reading The Book on Rental Property Investing, I know I need to be out there connecting with like minded people. So I plan to be active in the forums and would love to connect with like people starting out like me as well as experienced people willing to help someone like me.

Hey! Sounds like you got a good set of goals laid out and on a good path. I have very similar goals as you in wanting to purchase and build up a small multifamily portfolio and eventually get into apartment buildings as well.
