Billy Harris
Posted

Is it a wise decision to  Supply my long term rental with a washer/dryer and refrigerator along with the other basic appliances if it helps me be able to charge more for rent?  Any advice helps thanks in advance!

@Billy Harris I rented every house under the sun at various different times in my life and was always provided a working refrigerator. Who doesn't provide a d**m fridge??

The washer/dryer is up for debate. We choose to provide all of them. We also command better rent. There are plenty of used units for sale locally on FB market place. Just picked up a used flat top electric stove for $150. Works great.
