Connecticut Judicial Foreclosures

Hi all,

Anyone have experience with Judicial Foreclosure auction process?

Does the lender usually end up bidding and getting the properties?  

Or is it actually a worthwhile endeavor for an investor?

Any insight would be appreciated.
