$200K cash how to leverage into multi unit?
Have about $200K in cash thinking what's the biggest loan I can possibly with a net income about $70K-$100K? Was thinking about multi unit and maybe 50% have long term and 50% short term. What would people with with experience be buying next year during this bear market.
