Hey all, Have my sights set on Abilene, TX for SFH investing. Can anyone recommend investor-friendly lenders and property managers in this area?

I have a small contractor business here in Abilene that is pretty new, owned and operated by me if any of you guys need a hand. I’m trying to get my real estate investment career started here myself.

I work in Abilene also. I’ve been using Red Apple Realtors for 2 years. They have been good so far. Im also looking to network with all that are open to connect

Curt Hale at PrimeLending is top notch. He is versed in all things REI and was even a guest speaker at the local REI meet-up a month or so ago about all the different options he can offer. (unfortunately I missed that one.) Sorry, I'm not much help in the way of property managers.

Hey,Regarding property managers, I have used Dalzell and Gerard Real Estate for seven years now. Both are excellent. Gerard uses Appfolio to manage everything which is nice because of the online tools. Dalzell is a little more old school, but do a great job. Daniel

Abilene is a great market! We've done a few flips here and still hold some properties in the area.
