NH/VT STR Regulations

Hi BP Community!

Real-estate rookie here! Looking to buy property in NH or VT to place a tiny home on to list on AirBNB as a STR. I've been trying to find state and local regulations on STR but seem to be coming up short. Anyone have any knowledge or resources in this area?
