Is there something more I can do?

I currently -
-Look for vacant property, talk to neighbors, try to contact the owners
-Advertise in the local paper
-Post bandit signs
-am placing flyers in every local business that will allow me to
-belong to the closest REIA
-Actively look for wholesalers, landlords, anyone in the business that may be able to help/provide me with leads. Networking is proving to be difficult, but I keep trying.
-Entertain wholesaler’s leads though they are mostly useless
-My HML provides me with a list for the surrounding towns preforeclosures with at least 30% equity as soon as they are filed – I am sending a postcard.
-Check mls, fsbo, craigslist, local paper home listing daily
-I've started calling every rental ad in my area just to see if the owners have anything to sell.

What else could I do? Or should I be focusing more on certain things rather than such a broad approach? Whats the consensus on auctions?
