Comps
Is the only way I can get comps through a realtor? :roll:

If you are serious about being a real estate investor, then I would suggest looking at 100 or more houses (inside and out) in your target investment area. By doing so, you will KNOW the value of houses in your area instead of needing comps from a realtor.
