Starting out -- In search of connections

I am a brand new investor in the Wichita area, following the military into this lovely area. I just bought my first property (a condominium), but I am hoping to scale quickly. I would love to meet any investors in the Wichita area and connect. I would also really appreciate any recommendations for investor friendly real estate agents to help me find creative financing opportunities in the market.

@Ian Van Grootheest what Nathan G said is spot on another resources is meetup.com useful in some cities but not others but a quick check will give you what you need to know.
