Noob Journey Update 20221027

I was thinking about buying a quad, hoping that one of the four units would be enough to make the mortgage payment.
Due to the ding on my credit from a hard pull, I'm not ready to pull the trigger on that yet. So I'm currently shopping around on lenders for ball park estimates.
Current numbers are this:
Income (10/m) - House Value (650) - Mortg (1585/m) - Pay Off (292) - Interest (2.75%) - Score (778/Trans, 782/Equi) - Est DTI (25%) - 401 (30 on one & 40 on another) - HELOC Cal Est (228).

Research is ongoing.

Thanks for your feedback.
