Starting out, looking to connect
Hello all! My wife and I are starting our journey in RSI. We are currently starting with wholesale here in the DFW area to generate enough capital to take on our own flips and rentals! I have worked in the residential side of real estate for 3 years and am looking at capitalizing on the hard earned skills I have accumulated.
We want to do things the right way by building solid connection with a select group of cash buyers looking to acquire properties! The last thing we want to do is put properties under contract with out a plan.
