Bond for deed in Louisiana
I’m currently researching to find the best fit for me. After speaking briefly with an attorney that’s represented me in the past, “bond for deed” was recommended. My interest is Lease option assignment… Trying to understand if I do not own the property; how I would profit from bond for deed?
