Hint for finding rentals to buy
I look for property in MANY ways. On friday I started just calling every rental ad in my area to see if they had something to sell. Low and behold - about half want out of something they have. I may or may not be able to pick up something that meets my criteria - BUT- I have been speaking to people with properties they need out of all weekend.
