I currently am paying on a home at 1550$ per month at 3.2% interest
Looking to build a million$ house for the longer term home for my family
Do I keep my first home as a rental or sell it off and keep whatever profits to roll over into the new home?
I currently invest in apartment syndications, own a part of a business and invest in stocks
Looming recession, so trying to prepare in the best way. Thanks
