Hi! I am new to this and am meeting with my first lender today to hopefully pursue my first property! I wanted to ask what your recommendations are for favorite or "must ask" questions when meeting with a lender to see if they are the right one to go with - thank you so much in advance!

Good starter questions include:

-Do you specialize in working with real estate investors?

-Do you invest in real estate?

-Do you have any specific investment loan products I should be aware of?

-How many loans have you made this year?

-Do you have a team?

-Why should I work with you?

-Based on my strategy, what loan options would be best for me to finance my first property?
