Making an offer on a house ?
I have been kinda "stuck" i am trying to get out, the farest thing i have done with real-estate investing is looking at properties with owners, i want to take another step in this. I am unsure what to do after i look at house, can anyone give me any pointers or any tips on taking the next step ?
Also, what do i need as far as legal documentation if im double closing ?
