Self Intro and HH advice

Josh Barger
Posted

Hello all,

My name is Josh, I am looking to become a buy and hold investor so i can (eventually) become financially free. While i have no properties as of this post, i have been studying up on the industry and doing research. My goal to get my start is to find and buy a residential multifamily for the purposes of house hacking.

What advice or tips do you might have that i should know before jumping in?
