Best areas around Atlanta for SFR under $400k
Please recommend some areas around Atlanta for SFR under $400k. 5 year hold period focused on appreciation versus yield. Not looking for a rehab property. Buy/Rent/Hold/Sell. Suggestions appreciated!

Expend you search alongside major highway like 85,75 and I20. I personally have property in woodstock, kennesaw, smyrna (along 75) then powder springs (Close to I20) then now northeast dacula, lawrenceville (along 85) you should be able to find plenty of turn key properties under 400K
