Market Analysis: Conducting my 1st market analysis!

I want to begin taking action but need to begin a market analysis.  Can someone provide a step by step on how you complete this process.  My goal is to analyze 100 properties in a given area to gain a firm grasp on what I am doing and what I can expect.

You could use the BiggerPockets calculator, but I think it's best to learn how to do it manually and then switch to a calculator when you're analyzing more properties.

Here's a guide that describes what good cash flow looks like and how to analyze a property.
