What are things that you can't learn from real estate books?

Right now i'm trying to learn as much as possible so I've been reading up on books, but I've been told that it's important to learn by asking questions but the only problem is everything I think of can be found in a book. So what kind of questions can't be solved with a book?

Simple. Almost everything in books is worthless until put into action. Especially the one thing that most investors don't realize is so important, and that's a solid knowledge of construction/rehab/remodeling.
