Looking for my first investment property!!!

Hi everyone, happened my way here via a book from the book store. I've wanted to get into real estate for years and am finally in a position to begin (Even if they current market appears to be a tumultuous one). I've got the financing, dp and am currently still educating myself and trying to find some properties with good cash flow. I had done construction for about 15 years so that is one advantage for me, even if I don't end up doing any of the rehabs myself.

I'm located in Southern Massachusetts and looking forward to making some connections here and learning as much as I can!
