Any experience with AstroFlipping?

I am currently interested in joining the wholesale community and am considering joining Astro Flipping. Does anyone have any experience within this community? Would you recommend joining for a beginner?

@Account Closed mentioned, wholesaling is one of the most difficult strategies in RE. You need to convince homeowners to offload their property for under market value so you can make a fee. An actual investor is going to always be able to pay more than you're "offering".

It takes hours and hours of work or lots of capital for extensive marketing. People are successful in it but laws are getting stricter. There are much easier strategies to get your foot in the door.

What are some easier strategies that you'd suggest for a person just starting out like myself? I just started attending meet ups in my area (ATL) and am having a hard time finding where I can help investors/ myself

Good question. What can you bring to the table? There's time, hustle, capital, expertise or a deal.

As a new investor, you need to find out what works for you. Personally, I've tried to bring it all and have found I prefer using capital or expertise to create deals.

Learn different strategies. Connect with local professionals if you're planning on investing there. Join your local REI facebook group. Reach out to anyone who seems active. Make friends and ask them the same thing.

I've done this in multiple markets over the last couple years. I've got people now I can reach out to whenever and put deals together. You got this!
