Hi. My name is Adrianne. I'm 23. I'm new to investing in Pensacola, FL. I plan to buy and hold by rehabbing houses in my area, but I don't know where to start. I've been researching, reading, and watching my local listings. I'm looking for a mentor, but I haven't been able to find one yet. Any suggestions on a plan to take action.

You might want to check out J Scott's website at www.123flip.com

It has tons of examples of flips and how the numbers came out. There is also a book he wrote on rehabbing that is part of Bigger Pockets. Hope it helps.
