Syndication Deal Hypothetical questions
I just sat in on my first live q&a for a deal on one of the crowd sourcing platforms.
It looks like they are trying to raise 58 million with a sponsor co-invest of 6.1 million. They have already started building, so i have a few questions that is kind of deal agnostic.
what happens if they don't raise the 58 million? Will the sponsors just put more capital in?
The total is 115 million with something called Senior Debt being 44% of that, what is senior debt?
If the financials and underwriting look good, how likely is it that they will complete their Investor Equity goal?
