Thinking of Starting NYC Syndication... What are Pros & Cons !
NYC MF properties are off the roof with prices, super high, for me buying a 3-4 Unit MF in Bronx is out of reach for me currently.
But if I start a Syndication is this a possible way for me to enter the high priced MF marketplace in Bronx NY, I am wondering how can I make money as the person who starts a syndication and recruits other veterans like me to partake in a syndication, what headaches will I face with managing it once started, how much work is there involved, what kind of syndications can you specialize with etccc
