Thoughts? WREIN, Open Spaces or other courses?

Hi,

Wanted to get thoughts on 2 courses I have interest in. Open spaces by Palak Shah or WREIN by Tresa Todd.  Both seem like good options (and I appreciate they are women led though not a requirement). Any thoughts on content, network, level of support, etc? Pros and cons? Any alternatives to consider particularly if new and interested in BRRR?

Hi Kadia.

I just finished the Masterclass, and decided to do the mentorship as well. I don't know about open spaces, but I can say that Wrein is actually the first to totally grab my attention. I have been to several n person events, and watched several webinars. you tube, etc.  Most are focused on 1 thing. I loved that they talked about so many different strategies and so detailed. I got so much new information out of the class that I haven't heard anywhere else.  If you can get that much information out of a $17 week long class. I can only imagine the year long mentorship.  I have never paid more than a few hundred dollars for any type of class, either because I wasn't motivated by the speaker, or didn't feel I could learn more from it. Or maybe I wasn't ready yet.  I'm going for it. I feel confident that I will learn, and succeed with this mentorship, and make more than 10X what I invested.  I say go with your gut feeling.  #1mil$by2024.

I did WREIN in 2021 and it got me started on a pretty amazing and successful journey! They do a lot of training on wholesaling, BRRRR strategy, funding, etc. I also know Open Spaces and she is very good, but definitely more focused on BRRRR. If you know 100% that BRRRR is the only thing you want to learn, then maybe Open Spaces. But if you want a solid overview of all the ways you can make money in RE, WREIN is great and I love the community of women!

Update- RE:Wrein Mentorship.   I did sign up, pay for mentorship, But I haven't started it yet, due to unexpected minor surgery.  Very minor, but unable to use left hand/right arm to avoid further injury.  I will be starting Mentorship in September. Seems so far away, but I paid money for it and want to get the most out of it.  I'm still educating myself daily (when possible) on Bigger pockets, chats, You tube and following  a couple of people on their podcasts. Sure learning is great, but actions get us somewhere.   I can't wait to take action.

Are you looking specifically into BRRRR? Open Spaces is focused on that.  WREIN seem broader

I took the initial 17.00 course, but found that I could do better, without all the loud "Go team" time, with the BP beginner tools/ books, podcasts. That said, it sounds like WREIN  has a strong network once you've had an overview, but I heard that it was over 10k to go deeper.  There are other REI women's networks in FB that are strong. BP posts will help you figure out what to look for. In an old discussion about Jerry Norton, I learned really important adjunct  info about the biz  just from a long comment from an experienced investor/ flipper. Sometimes a teaching or YouTube program makes it seem simple, then you realize there are so many details that can come back to bite you.Im new at this, and certainly grateful for this BP space

BP posts will help you figure out what to look for.
