new to the game
Hey guys, I am new to the real estate game. I am a travel nurse. I've always wanted to do real estate. I am now ready as I will ever be. I already have a bank to work with and approved for finances. I want own rental properties. I eventually want to stop nursing and do real estate full time. Anybody got some good ways to get started? Like what to look for in properties? I just need a little extra push on how to get started. Any advice is appreciated!
