Good credit and equity
I have a 720 credit score, I have 120,000 in equity. I have 4 years of mortgage field service experience and a crew of 4 men that are willing to work and get paid after the property is sold. I would like to get some advice on what options I can take to start my real estate venture but I have no cash.
