Hey everyone!  I'm a newbie when it comes to real estate, and I'm looking to do my first deal.  I don't have any experience buying or doing anything in the real estate world. I've been reading books and listening to podcasts but I'm still green.  I read that a beginner strategy is to find a deal, and then partner with someone who has more experience and split the profit, 90% to 10%. Where I would bring the deal, and in return, the over investor gets a majority of the profit, and I could ask questions and get hands on experience with the process.  I'm not sure exactly how to accomplish this, or what steps I would need to take to first get the deal, and then find an investor who wants to partner with me on those terms.  Any advice would be very appreciated.  Thanks!
