Debt Service Coverage Ratio Loan (DSCR)
Morning Everyone!,
Does anyone have experience utilizing a DSCR Loan? I do not have any properties yet, but I wonder if this would be a sound strategy to get started with my first few deals.

Hi Jeffrey - Utilizing DSCR loans is a great way to jump into your first couple of deals!
You will need to put 20% down and rates will vary depending on a few factors. That being said, I'd love to help you out here where I can!
