Looking to build an ADU
Hello everyone, first time posting in here at BP. I am looking to build an ADU at my parents house in San Jose. The lot is 7,350 sqft, since my parents are retired and live off SS income, its not enough to make the loan payments to do a HELOC. They have a good amount of equity but not able to pull it out. What other ways is there to go around this? Any information would be helpful. Thank you!
