Where can I find developers?

Question

I have a list of hundreds of tenants who need housing. They have at least one source of income. I specialize in shared housing and would like to work with a landlord or developer who wants to collect rent and be hands off. I am in Polk County, FL.

A developer isn't going to do you much good, unless you are willing to wait ~24+ months for them to identify a property, get through entitlements, and then build your affordable housing community.

And even if your tenants are willing to wait this long, a developer isn't going to build a multi million dollar community based on your list of contacts. The deal will need to make sense based on the area's supply and demand of this type of inventory.

That being said, if I were you I'd be contacting local property management companies. They will be able to help you place these tenants.
