Finding Lender in IL

I am in process of beginning purchase of first investment property - 

Does anyone have any referrals or recommendations to any lenders you’ve had a good experience with?? Preferably knowing this is my first investment purchase, and full transparency I don’t have a lot of down payment option $$. I do have equity in my home but i’d prefer not touch it. All suggestions appreciated greatly!
