Partnerships and LLCs
Hello, I'm a newbie real estate investor in Kansas City, Missouri. I'm working with a business partner, and are looking at setting up LLC and business plan. We want to make sure our company is built out right, and everyone is protected, and positive for everyone involved. If you have any templates, forms, advice, or wisdom in how to set up LLC, and working with biz partners anything is helpful. Thanks!
