Starting Out and Keeping it Local
I can’t decide between STRs, LTRs, and flips. Regardless, I’d like to keep my first purchase local within 30-40min. The market here has skyrocketed and there’s really nothing below a million. Have any of you started out purchasing something farther away and how do you deal with any repairs cleaning etc? Should I just bite the bullet and go for the $1mil+ and pray the market doesn’t crash?
