Starting out wholesaling

Im new to the bigger pockets world and I’m definitely excited to be here, I’ve been reading about re for some months now and I’m very interested in learning more and more about it! It is a great place to start, if you do it correctly. Build a deal funnel, don’t be a lazy wholesaler.
