Using Propstream to find off market deals.

Hi everyone!

I am currently using the Propstream platform to find off market deals but I find the filters to be a little bit tricky.

I was wondering what are the filters that you use to find off market deals?

I am interested in finding single family house to use the BRRRR strategy.
