Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Hello everyone, my name is Matthew and I am from Pine Grove, Ca.

For the past two years I have been working as a cna, saving what I earn while also trying to start an amazon fba business.

My goal was to obtain financial freedom through building a profitable private label brand. Once successful, I was then going to begin my journey building wealth in real estate starting with purchasing 1st property (4-plex) with an fha loan, live in one unit and rent out the other three.

Although I have spent $1,000 for a course and a few thousand dollars on tools/programs/llc etc. I have still been unsuccessful with launching a brand.

I do not know whether to keep trying or to let it go and focus on real estate investing as my way to become financially free / build wealth.

I am 23, currently living on parents property, $36,000 cash, $16,000 in crypto with a goal of becoming financially free, retiring my parents and building generational wealth.

I have followed bigger pockets for some time now and know there are many intelligent/wise people in the group. Any advice would be appreciated and I apologize in advance for bringing another business model in the real estate community.
